Support & Contact

Start with Pepper

Pepper is the EZpeps live-chat assistant and the first point of contact for customer support. Open the chat on any page to ask a customer-service question, find published catalogue or policy information, or check an order’s status with an exact order ID.

What Pepper can help with

  • Published catalogue details, documentation, checkout, shipping, return, and payment-policy information.
  • Read-only order-status and tracking information when you provide the exact order ID from your confirmation.
  • Finding the correct public product, policy, or account path.

Contact Us

Use this form for a non-medical customer-service request that needs operations review, including a cancellation, address change, replacement request, delivery concern, payment-reconciliation question, or account-access issue. Your submitted form is routed to EZpeps operations at [email protected] for review and follow-up.

Do not include payment-card details, bank credentials, medical information, or dosing questions in this form, by email, or in chat.

Thank you for your response. ✨

Pepper’s secure ticket form remains available inside chat when staff review is needed. The Contact Us form above is an additional way to reach operations; it does not enroll anyone in SMS messages.

Important boundary

EZpeps products are research materials only. Pepper cannot provide medical, product-use, dosing, administration, safety, treatment, or individualized suitability guidance. Pepper can help with non-medical catalogue details, product documentation, ordering, and customer service.

For published policy details, see Shipping & Delivery, Return & Replacement, Terms, and Privacy.

SUPPORT

Quick answers.

Start here for help finding public documents, product information, policies, and order-support pages.

Where can I find third-party test records and COAs?

Visit Quality and Testing and choose View Approved COAs & Test Records. Search by listed product, lot or batch, record ID, or issuer where available.

What is the difference between a source-material record and a finished-product record?

A source-material record concerns an identified incoming material or lot. A finished-product record concerns the exact identified finished batch. They are shown separately.

What does Finished in Canada mean?

The final production stage is completed in Canada. This statement is separate from source-material records and from any finished-product COA.

Where can I see delivery, payment, and currency options?

Current eligible options are shown during checkout after the required address details are provided.

What can Support help me find?

Support can help locate a publicly displayed product page, record, policy, order page, or shipping-process information. Support does not provide directions for use or individual product recommendations.
