Third-Party Laboratory COA Records
Approved supplier-issued COAs are published for identified incoming-material lots where applicable. The source document reports its parameters and values and, where stated, identifies the independent third-party testing laboratory. Laboratory independence is not inferred from a supplier-issued COA.
Independent Finished-Product Lab Testing
Independent third-party laboratory COAs for finished products are published separately only for exact tested batches when the approved source document identifies the batch and supports the stated laboratory scope.
Cold Chain Logistics

Verify any independent third-party laboratory description in that source document. A raw-ingredient record does not by itself establish that a finished product, blend, or delivery route was tested.
