By accessing or using the EZpeps website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Age and permitted use
The website is restricted to visitors aged 19 or older, as confirmed through the website’s age gate. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable eligibility and legal requirements in their location.
2. Research-material information
EZpeps provides catalogue information and public documentation for product-information and traceability review. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, listed materials and related information are research materials only and are not represented as intended for human or animal use.
EZpeps does not provide medical advice. A visitor or purchaser must not rely on website content, customer support, chat, documentation records, or support communications as medical, dosing, titration, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, safety, or suitability advice.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable listed-option details, public documentation, current website policies, and legal requirements before purchasing. Customers are also responsible for providing accurate account, payment, and delivery information and for communicating promptly about an order issue.
4. Orders, availability, and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or fulfillment. EZpeps may correct a pricing or listing error, limit quantities, request reasonable order verification, decline an order, or cancel an unprocessed order where appropriate.
5. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices, shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. For manual payment methods, follow the exact checkout and order-email instructions. An order remains on hold until payment is received and verified. Do not send a transfer or payment for a cancelled, duplicate, expired, or otherwise invalid order.
6. Shipping, delivery, returns, and replacements
Shipping availability, rates, processing timing, tracking, delivery exceptions, and address-change rules are described on the Shipping and payment page. Carrier estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
The current rules for cancellation, damaged shipments, incorrect items, incomplete orders, and any applicable credit, replacement, or refund are described on the Return and replacement policy. Do not assume a return, refund, or replacement is approved until EZpeps confirms it.
7. Customer Care channels
Pepper live chat is the initial EZpeps customer-service channel. If staff action is needed, Pepper may present a secure support form that creates a tracked support ticket for operations review. Staff may use the contact information supplied for that specific ticket to follow up through an available support channel, including email where available.
Customer Care SMS is not currently offered. EZpeps is not collecting SMS consent, enrolling visitors for text messages, or sending Customer Care, refill, promotional, medical, payment, or order messages by SMS. A telephone number entered in a support form is for that support case only and does not create SMS consent.
8. Prepaid delivery and manual refills
A prepaid plan is a finite prepaid purchase, not an authorization for a future automatic Interac e-Transfer or Zelle charge. Future cartridge-only shipments may be released closer to their planned delivery dates for freshness.
A non-prepaid refill requires a new, one-time payment after the customer confirms a refill selection and any required review is complete. A request for a different listed option is not automatically accepted, priced, or fulfilled.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, another customer’s account, orders, data, or systems. Do not interfere with website operation, use the website unlawfully, submit fraudulent information, or misuse support or chat channels. EZpeps may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or operations.
10. Intellectual property
The EZpeps name, website design, catalogue text, public documentation presentation, images, graphics, and other website content are protected by applicable rights. Do not reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The website, its catalogue information, documentation links, and support content are provided for their stated informational and operational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZpeps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, misuse, delivery delays outside EZpeps’ reasonable control, or reliance on information the website does not present as advice.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these Terms
EZpeps may update these Terms when website features or operations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means the visitor accepts the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
