FAQ

FAQ

Questions before you browse.

Clear answers about the catalogue, listed formats, approved public records, checkout, and Support. Start with the product information, then read the matching public record where one is shown.

This catalogue is limited to research materials and does not provide directions for use or individual recommendations.

START HERE

Before you browse.

Is there an age requirement to enter the catalogue?

Yes. The site asks visitors to confirm that they are 19 or older before entering the catalogue.

What is the simplest way to start?

Start with Quality and Testing to see how public records are organized. Then browse Collections and Products, open a listed product page, and review its configuration and included items. Use Support & Contact if you need help finding a public page, policy, or record.

What should I check on a product page?

Check the listed format, selected configuration, exact included items, public-document link when one is shown, and current checkout details. A listing describes that listed format only.

Can EZpeps tell me which product or strength is right for me?

No. Product pages show listed formats and configurations, not directions for use or individual recommendations.

RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION

How to read public records.

What is a COA?

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a source document for an identified material, lot, or batch. Read the item or material name, scope, issuer or laboratory, date, reported method, and reported values in the document itself.

Where can I find third-party test records and COAs?

Go to Quality and Testing and choose View Approved COAs & Test Records. Search by listed product, lot or batch, record ID, or issuer where those details are available. A third-party laboratory is identified only when the approved source record identifies that laboratory.

Does every listed product have a public record?

No. The public library displays only records cleared for public display. A listed product may have no public record shown, or it may have a record for one stage and not another.

What is the difference between a source-material record and a finished-product record?

A source-material record concerns an identified incoming material or lot. A finished-product record concerns the exact identified finished batch. They are separate records and are shown separately.

Does a source-material record also describe the finished item or shipping process?

No. Read the scope shown on the record. A source-material record applies to its identified material or lot; it does not by itself describe a finished item or a shipping process.

Does a COA establish safety, suitability, or intended use?

No. A COA records what the source document reports for its identified material, lot, or batch. It does not establish medical use, therapeutic benefit, regulatory approval, safety for human or animal use, or suitability for any purpose.

What does Finished in Canada mean?

It means the final production stage is completed in Canada. It is a production-stage statement and is separate from source-material records and from any finished-product COA.

FORMATS, CHECKOUT, AND ACCOUNTS

Listed formats and account basics.

What is included in an initial kit?

Read the exact product listing. For listed cartridge-and-pen formats, an initial kit includes one reusable pen and one selected cartridge. Additional cartridges do not include a reusable pen. The product page identifies the exact items included with each format.

Where can I see the current payment, currency, and delivery options?

Current eligible options are shown during checkout after you provide the required address details. The billing country determines the available currency and manual payment options; the delivery address determines the available shipping option.

Why does Apple sign-in show a private relay email address?

Apple may provide a private relay address when you choose its Hide My Email option. This is an intentional forwarding address; EZpeps cannot see the hidden personal email behind it. You can keep the relay address or enter the preferred billing email for order updates and receipts at checkout.

Can I create an account without Google or Apple?

Yes. You can register with an email address and password. Google and Apple sign-in are optional. Social sign-in does not provide a delivery address; provide or edit billing and shipping details at checkout.

SUPPORT AND POLICIES

Getting help.

What can Support help me find?

Support can help locate a publicly displayed product page, record, policy, order page, or shipping-process information. Support does not provide directions for use or individual product recommendations.

Where can I read the policies?

Review the current Shipping & Delivery, Return & Replacement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy pages before purchase. Links are available in the site footer and during checkout where applicable.
