Customer Care SMS is not currently offered by EZpeps. EZpeps is not collecting SMS consent, enrolling visitors for text messages, or sending Customer Care, refill, promotional, medical, payment, or order messages by SMS.

Get support through Pepper

For customer service, open Pepper live chat on any EZpeps page. Pepper can help with permitted non-medical catalogue and policy information and can check an order’s status when you provide the exact order ID from your confirmation.

Staff review and email follow-up

If a request needs staff action, Pepper will offer a secure support form inside the chat. Submitting that form creates a tracked support ticket for operations review. Staff may follow up by email using the contact address provided through the secure form.

A telephone number entered in a support form is used only for that support case. It does not create SMS consent.
