Please review an order and its shipping materials when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is an issue.<\/p>\n<h2>Report an order issue<\/h2>\n<p>For a damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or delivery-related concern, email <a href=\"mailto:orders@ezpeps.co\">orders@ezpeps.co<\/a> with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the order number;<\/li>\n<li>the email address used at checkout;<\/li>\n<li>a short description of the issue; and<\/li>\n<li>clear photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected item where relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please keep the parcel, packaging, and affected item available while the report is reviewed. Do not send an item back unless EZpeps provides written return instructions.<\/p>\n<h2>Review process<\/h2>\n<p>EZpeps reviews reported order issues using the information provided and, where needed, available shipment records. After review, Support will provide the available next steps for that specific report. A report does not by itself confirm eligibility for a replacement, credit, refund, or other outcome.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation and address requests<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to request cancellation or an address correction, contact <a href=\"mailto:orders@ezpeps.co\">orders@ezpeps.co<\/a> as soon as possible and include the order number and checkout email address. Requests received before payment verification, processing, or carrier handoff can be reviewed, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is being processed or a shipment has been handed to the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>For Interac e-Transfer orders, do not send a transfer for a cancelled, expired, or duplicate payment request. Processing begins only after payment has been received and verified.<\/p>\n<h2>Prepaid delivery terms and future refill requests<\/h2>\n<p>For a prepaid delivery term or a future cartridge-only refill request, contact Support before the next planned fulfillment release if you need help with the order record or delivery schedule. Any request is reviewed against the applicable order status and published terms; it does not create an automatic payment, shipment, or refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery questions<\/h2>\n<p>For shipment timing, tracking, or address information, see <a href=\"\/shipping-and-payment\/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/a>. Where tracking is available, it is sent after carrier handoff to the checkout email address and may appear in the customer order account.<\/p>\n<h2>Contact<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:orders@ezpeps.co\">orders@ezpeps.co<\/a> for return, replacement, delivery, or order-record assistance.
